TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

• Cash, Check and Credit Card are all accepted.
• Make checks payable to Shepardson PTO.
• Please use a separate envelope for each student. Please have your student turn in an envelope if any donations are collected including Venmo and credit card donations.
• Does your employer offer a matching gift program? Please consider taking advantage of the opportunity to double your gift to Shepardson! 
• Safety first! Seek donations from your family and friends, never go into a stranger’s house, and do not go door to door after dark!

We will be holding the annual STAR Stampede on Friday April 25, 2025 and invite all of our students, staff and their families to participate! Students will run or walk laps around a marked course on the school grounds. This is not a per lap pledge event:

• New this year - you can share your kid(s) classroom donation page digitally!
  • Feel free to share on social media, email or text!
  • Scan or go to {Link coming soon!}
  • All donation envelopes will be collected before the event and are due Friday morning, 4/25/25 at 9:00 am.
• Students will be able to participate whether they gather pledges or not.

The funds collected from the Star Stampede will go towards upgrading classroom furniture. Some of our classroom furniture is over 30 years old! If every student gathers $20 in pledges, we will easily reach our goal.

This was a wonderful event last year that helped raise funds for playground shade structures. We truly appreciate all of the support that the Shepardson community provides for students and staff.
